Data Deletion Instructions

SAFA ONE MChJ respects your right to delete your personal data. This page describes how to request deletion of all personal data we hold about you across our services (Nur Taxi and other products operated by SAFA ONE MChJ).
Option 1 — Delete from the app (fastest)
If you have a Nur Taxi account, you can delete it yourself:
- Log in to your account at nurtaxi.uz or in the Nur Taxi mobile app.
- Open Profile (top-right avatar).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
What happens
Your account is deleted immediately. You have 30 days to restore it by logging in again with the same phone number. After 30 days, deletion is permanent.
Option 2 — Email request
If you cannot access the app, or you contacted us only via Instagram Direct without creating an account, send an email to privacy@safaone.uz with:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Your Instagram username OR the phone number you used with us
- (Optional) Any additional identifiers we can use to locate your data
Our process
- Confirm receipt within 3 business days.
- Delete your personal data within 30 days of confirmation.
- Send you a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile
- All identity documents you uploaded (passport, ID card, driver's license photos)
- Application history and support ticket history
- Instagram Direct message history stored in our Chatwoot instance
- Any custom data associated with your account
What may be retained (and why)
Some data must be retained for legal reasons and cannot be deleted on your request:
- Tax records — 3 years after account closure, as required by the Tax Code of Uzbekistan (financial transactions, invoices).
- Aggregated anonymous statistics — no longer tied to your identity, may be kept indefinitely.
Transparency
We will always tell you exactly what was retained and why.
Instagram data specifically
If you interacted with us via Instagram Direct, we will:
- Delete all message content, attachments, and conversation records from our systems within 30 days.
- Note that Meta may retain their own copies of your Instagram messages according to their Data Policy. To delete your Instagram data at Meta itself, you must use Instagram's own deletion tools.
