Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete the data SAFA ONE MChJ received from your messages — on Instagram Direct, Telegram, the website chat and the website form.
The address of this page is set as the Data Deletion Instructions URL in our Meta app settings.
1. How to request deletion
By email — the main route
Write to dev@safaone.uz and include:
- the subject line “Data Deletion Request”;
- your Instagram username, if you messaged us on Instagram;
- your phone number or email, if you contacted us through the website form;
- anything else that helps us find you.
In the same channel where you talked to us
You can simply tell the agent “delete my data” on Instagram Direct, on Telegram or in the website chat. The agent passes the request on, and we reply to whatever address or number you give us.
By phone
+998 50 333 39 00. We will ask you to confirm your identity, so that nobody else's data gets deleted on somebody else's word.
2. How long it takes
- We confirm we received the request within 3 business days.
- We delete the data within 30 days of that confirmation.
- We send a final email confirming the deletion is done.
3. What gets deleted
- The conversation in full: messages, photos, voice notes and files
- Your contact record: name or handle, Instagram username, phone and email if you left them
- The request you submitted through the website form
4. Revoking access in Instagram
You can revoke our app's access in your Instagram settings. That stops new messages from reaching us, but on its own it does not delete the ones we already received. To delete those as well, send a request using one of the routes above.
Meta keeps its own copies of Instagram conversations under its own policy. Those can only be removed with Instagram's own tools — we have no access to them.
