Terms of Service

1. Who provides the services

The services are provided by SAFA ONE MChJ — full legal name «SAFA ONE» MASʼULIYATI CHEKLANGAN JAMIYAT (tax ID 312911394). Address: Mirzo Ulugʻbek MFY, Xalqobod-2 street 65/6, Tashkent 100001.

2. What we provide

• Safa FLEET — a taxi-fleet CRM: driver applications, document checks, registration with aggregators, statistics and reports.
• Safa GPS — GPS tracking and telematics, including the mobile apps and hardware.
• SAFA PAY — a fintech service for drivers; the product is in development and not yet open.
• Nur Taxi, Zoom Taxi, Asr Taxi — onboarding and support services for taxi drivers.
• Custom development under a separate agreement.

The composition and features of the products may change. We give advance notice of material changes.

How data is handled in each product is described in that product’s own privacy policy: safaone.uz/privacy for the website and support conversations, nurtaxi.uz/privacy for a driver account and its documents, gps.safaone.uz/privacy for GPS trackers and the mobile apps.

3. Who may use them

The services are intended for people aged 18 and over. To drive through our services you need a valid driver's licence and vehicle documents that meet the requirements of transport legislation.

4. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email. You are responsible for access to that number and mailbox, and for everything done from your account. If you suspect someone else has used your access, tell us straight away.

5. The data you give us

You undertake to provide accurate, current information and to upload documents that belong to you. Uploading someone else's or forged documents is grounds for immediate suspension and, where warranted, a report to law enforcement.

6. What you must not do

• Use the services for fraud, deception, phishing or any other unlawful activity.
• Install a Safa GPS tracker in a vehicle without the owner's consent, or track people without their knowledge.
• Give account access to third parties, or use somebody else's account.
• Attempt to reach other people's data, circumvent access controls, or reverse-engineer the software.
• Extract data from our interfaces automatically without written permission.
• Break the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on transport, taxation and personal data.

7. Payment

Payments go through third-party payment providers. Each transaction is subject to that provider's terms. SAFA ONE MChJ is not liable for failures or delays on their side.

8. Intellectual property

Rights to the software, interfaces, texts, images, trademarks and design belong to SAFA ONE MChJ and may not be used without written consent. The data you upload stays yours; you grant us the right to process it to the extent needed to deliver the service.

9. Service “as is”

The services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: some features depend on outside systems — ride-hailing aggregators, payment providers, mobile networks and Meta's API — and changes or outages on their side can affect our availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SAFA ONE MChJ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profit, loss of data and damage to business reputation. For paid services our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the last billing month.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms or the law are broken, or for well-founded technical reasons — with notice where circumstances allow.

You may stop using the services at any time. How data is deleted is described on the Data Deletion page (safaone.uz/data-deletion).

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the services after the changes take effect means you accept the new version.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes not resolved through negotiation are heard by the courts of Tashkent.
