Terms of Service

1. Service provider

The services are provided by SAFA ONE MChJ, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan (tax ID 312911394, registration number 3174629). Registered address: Mirzo Ulugbek MFY, Khalqabad-2 street 65/6, Tashkent 100001, Uzbekistan.

2. Description of services

SAFA ONE provides a modular SaaS platform for taxi fleet management and consumer products (including Nur Taxi — a driver onboarding service for taxi fleets). Functionality may evolve; we will notify you in advance of material changes.

3. User obligations

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information at sign-up and during onboarding.
• Do not use the services for illegal, fraudulent or harmful activities.
• Comply with the transportation and tax laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and do not share them with third parties.

4. Payments

Financial transactions are processed by third-party operators (Payme, Click, Multicard). The terms of the respective operator apply to each transaction. SAFA ONE is not responsible for outages or delays on the side of payment providers.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in the software, trademarks, content and design of the services belong to SAFA ONE MChJ. Use of these materials without written consent is prohibited.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of the Terms or the law, or for justified technical reasons. You may stop using the services at any time — see Data Deletion Instructions (/data-deletion).

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAFA ONE MChJ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business reputation, arising in connection with the use of the services.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes not resolved through negotiation shall be resolved in the courts of Tashkent City.
